Order Processing Time

Normally, if ordinary products are in stock, they can be dispatched in 2-3 working days.

NOTE:

a. If you need to change the shipping address, change the SKU of the purchased product, or pre-sale the product before the order is sent, we will re-update the order information for you. The package will be delayed by 3 days compared with the normal order processing time.
b. If the order is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the relevant processing plan. Please check your email in time.

1. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number;
2. Simply enter this number on the TRACK ORDER page, and you'll be able to monitor the progress of your delivery.

*DHL Express is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to P.O. PO Boxes and Military (APO, FPO) addresses via free standard shipping.

*Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address could be accurate to the Apt/unit number.

*A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notifications. The phone number is required for being contacted by the delivery man if necessary.

*Please note that Clarascrubs is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping addresses, wrong post/zip codes, or blank mobile columns. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Clarascrubs.
