Once your order is placed, it is immediately reviewed and processed by our team.
Standard Processing Time:

Weekend & Holiday Orders:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Order Changes (Before Shipment):
If you need to modify your shipping address or change an item before the order ships, we can update it for you.
Please note: This may extend processing time by approximately 3 business days.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email with the next steps.
Please check your inbox regularly (including spam/promo folders).
2. Shipping Time
The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Delivery time may vary by country depending on local postal service efficiency.

Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
- Enter your tracking number on our Track Order page to monitor delivery progress.
Important:
Shipment emails may land in spam or promotions folders—please check all folders if you don't see an update.
4. Shipping Information Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
✔ A complete and accurate shipping address
Include apartment, unit, or suite numbers when applicable.
✔ A valid email address
Required for order confirmations and shipping notifications.
✔ A reachable phone number
Couriers may need to contact you for delivery coordination.
ClaraScrubs is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Invalid ZIP/postal codes
- Missing phone numbers
- Customer refusal to receive the package
Additional costs due to such issues will not be covered by ClaraScrubs.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties or customs fees based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.
ClaraScrubs cannot predict or control these fees.

All deliveries are subject to the carrier’s terms and service conditions.
