At ClaraScrubs, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
1. Policy Scope
Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligible Item Conditions
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned with all accessories (gifts, manuals, etc.)
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized or embroidered items
- E-gift cards
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please email your request to support@clarascrubs.com. Our team will provide a tailored solution based on your situation.
Include the Following Information:
- Your order number (#CLSB****)
- Proof of purchase (confirmation email or payment screenshot)
- Photos of the product, packaging, labels, etc.
- Reason for return (size, color, style, etc.)
- For size issues, please include photos showing the fit
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange, and the desired style/size
3. Return Shipping
We Cover Return Shipping When:
- The item has a quality issue (defective, damaged, or missing parts)
- The wrong item, color, size, or model was received
Customer Covers Return Shipping When:
- Return is due to preference (“don’t like it,” “changed my mind,” etc.)
- Incorrect choices made during purchase (wrong size, color, or quantity)
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping fees (before discounts) are non-refundable, as we cover those costs even during free-shipping promotions.
5. Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us with proof of non-receipt. After review, we will resend your order.
6. Unauthorized or Invalid Returns
Returns that do not meet policy requirements or items not purchased from ClaraScrubs will not be accepted. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer.
7. Relisting fee
We do not charge relisting fees.
